The
Orchid Inn is a romantic and inviting “get away” with two
suites available for lodging. The island style architecture
of the house captures the soft tropical breeze and floral
fragrance wafting from the exotically planted gardens surrounding
the property. The interior walls and ceiling are tongue
& groove cedar with a highly polished oak floor. It is both
comfortably and elegantly furnished, a tasteful combination

is served on the dining room lanai overlooking the expansive

The
Zanzibar Suite is located on the main floor adjacent
to the great room. There is either a private entrance from
the outside lanai or through two large pocket doors inside
the house. The suite contains a four poster, canopy bed
and in the adjacent sitting room (which may be used as an
additional sleeping area) a daybed where you can read that
romantic novel before turning in for the night. You will
find the bathroom to be a visual delight with it’s black
lava stone shower, Chinese red walls and faux leopard print
towels. Your four poster bed sits at the perfect angle over-looking
the bay below. From your private lanai you will have a great
view of the landscaped grounds and Pacific ocean. The perfect
romantic place to sit and enjoy your breakfast of fresh

The
Garden Suite is located on ground level. This suite
will delight your senses. The décor is fresh, bright & botanical
and features of the artwork of local artist & gallery owner,
Shelly Maudsley White. This suite contains a compact kitchen
allowing you the advantage of light meal preparation. Refrigerator,
microwave, sink, dishes are all on hand. The bed is queen
size with two over the bed reading lights for nighttime
reading. A sofa sleeper comfortably accommodates two additional
people making the maximum occupancy four adults. You will
also have a vast array of books, flat screen TV with DVD
included in your suite. One of the most charming aspects
of this suite are the many windows and glass doors overlooking
