Rates
Price on The Zanzibar Suite is $225. per night and The Garden
Suite is $190. per night. All rates are double occupancy.
Rates are based on a two night minimum stay, call for rates
on extended stays. There will be an additional charge of
$25 per additional person in either suite. Please no children
under 16 years of age. Price includes a generous breakfast.
Hawaii accommodation taxes will be added, currently 11.92%
but subject to change. Single night reservations need to
be paid in advance. Reservations require a 50% deposit in
advance.
Cancellation
Policy
I will cheerfully refund your deposit, less a $25. booking
fee, if notifies 30 days prior to arrival. If less than
30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, I will refund the
deposit only if I am able to re-book the accommodation.
Guests canceling within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will
be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
Method
of Payment
Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards will be accepted as well
as cash, traveler’s checks. On occasion personal checks
if given enough time to be processed through banking channels.
Check
in & Check out Time
Unless other arrangements are made please arrive after 3
p.m. before 8 p.m. and plan your departure by 11 a.m.

Information
Smoking is permitted outside and with proper disposal only.
Wireless internet service is provided.

Moving here from Southern California several years ago was

into a charming, elegant Bed & Breakfast establishment which
is licensed by the county and a member of The Hawaiian Island
Bed and Breakfast Association. Here I am able to engage
in my passion for gardening and entertaining. The results
are absolutely delightful & it is my pleasure to be able
to share it with you. This is a place of beauty, far from
the maddening crowd (yet close enough to join it should
you choose).
